Greenwayofliving green kitchen : carrots and apple juice

We must eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day .

The thing is that it’s not that easy to reach the recommended quantity of fruits and vegetables eaten per day .

One way to give our body plenty of vitamins is to drink natural healthy green juices from an extractor that preserves all their benefits

Carrots roots are rich of Aloha and beta – carotene and also contains vitamin K and B6

Roses Hips for the vitamins C and E

Apples for the detoxifying properties

Turmeric for the curcumin and the benefits associated such as Antioxidants  and Anti-inflammatory effects .

Ginger for all the benefits and because I put ginger everywhere

Black Pepper for the piperine to enhance turmeric’s effect and for its to be relevant


  • 2 Carrots peeled and cored
  • 1 apple peeled and cored
  • ½ tsp fresh turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/6 tsp black pepper
  • 300 ml – Roses buds infused water

The recipe

Put all the ingredients in an extractor and let the magic happens with love
