My recipe is really simple . My measure is the impact on our planet . When it is good for the planet, it is good for me. When it hurts the planet 🌎 it will probably hurt my family and I .
The rules I follow are these ones :
- I eat more vegetables , More plants proteins , and less animal products.
- I only eat Fruits on an empty stomach
- I choose High Alkaline foods as much as I can
- I use more good fat ( fat is essential) but in moderation
- High minerals and enzymes food are essential
- I avoid dairy
- I hydrate myself as much as I can drinking lots of water, coconut water and veggies
- Hydratation as much as I can from water, coconut water and veggies
i drink green smoothies each days for me to eat more and more vegetables
