GWOLKitchen smoothies 01: Banana, apple and strawberries

5 fruits and vegetables per day at least…

Let’s begin by simply mixing and extracting all the nutrients contained inside of the fruits we eat

What we need is that kind of blender that will preserve all the nutrients.

It’s really simple to make that smoothie:


  • 8  strawberries 
  • 1 banana
  • ½ apple peeled and cored
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 400 ml – 1 ¾ cups Almonds milk/Coconut water)



Put all the ingredients in an electric mixer and blend until smooth.
