Grappefruits are recognized to have some anti-inflammatory effect and to be rich in antioxidants, vitamins C, A, and B5 as well as copper.

The recipe for 1 L of infused water



  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 mint branch
  • Some ginger slices
  • 1L water
  • Wash and cut the grapefruit into fine slices

The recipe is really simple

  • Place all the grapefruit in a jar.
  • Add 1L of water
  • Add some ginger slices and mint leaves Enjoy your drink
  • Let it macerate in the fridge 12 hours before tasting and drinking
