Carrots for Vitamin A, Betacarotene, calcium and Vitamin K and zucchini for the nutrients, the antioxidants (lutein…)

The Ingredients

  • .1 onion
  • .1/garlic clove
  • .1 sp olive oil
  • .Mustard
  • .Pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini’s
  • Mustard
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Water

The recipe

  • Finely Slice all the ingredients and fry them for 30mn at low heat with 1tsp vegetable oil ( I use olive oil here)
  • We want them to be al dente, almost raw with that crunchiness..
  • Then add water up to the level of the vegetables and cook it 5 mn again at low heat

Mix the whole for 2 mn in your food processor for a smooth, tasty delicacy of vegetables ❤️😘
