Almonds and pineapple morning smoothie
Serve 1 smoothie
- 1 pineapple peeled
- 75g bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of flaxseed
- 125ml milk ( almond, coconut, oat, hemp, rice, cashew)
- Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender.
- Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth.
- If you like it less dense, you may want to add some water
