GWOLKitchen smoothies 2: Almonds milk, strawberries and ginger

This is one of my fav: the smooth and acidity of strawberries punched by the ginger

A smoothie don’t always have to be complex.

The purpose is to bring more fruits and vegetables but … when we melt too many ingredients together, it becomes impossible to really taste one flavor from another

So here we begin with 3 elements focusing on ginger and strawberries with some almonds milk foam for the lightness

75g of strawberries (fresh or frozen

A finger of ginger

125ml milk ( the one you love or almond or oat milk)


Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender. Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth.

If you like it less dense, you may want to add some water
