GWOLKitchen smoothies 3 : banana and Kiwis

From my point of view, smoothies don’t have to be too complex … enjoy the simplicity of two ingredients and feel each savor and flavor .


  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 75g banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 125ml milk( almond, coconut,  oat, hemp, rice, cashew)


Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender. Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth. I If you like it less dense, you may want to add some frothed milk to reach your desired consistency.
