Let’s try this simple smoothie spiced by the freshness of the mint
- 75g melon
- Fresh mint leaves
- 125ml milk ( almond, coconut, oat, hemp, rice, cashew)
Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender. Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth. I If you like it less dense, you may want to add some milk or infused water to reach your desired consistency.
