GWOLKitchen smoothies 5: Melon and strawberries

During summer I love melons for all the water they bring to our body.

Rich in dietary fibers( So good for the digestion ), in potassium and in some Vitamins(C,B6), Melon is definitely one of our summer fav . Strawberries brings acidity to the sweet side of the melon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Melon
  • a handful of strawberries(fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp of poppyseeds
  • 125ml infused water or milk ( almond, coconut,  oat, hemp, rice, cashew)
  • Place all of the ingredients into a powerful blender.
  • Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth.
  • If you like it less dense, you may want to add some water or milk to reach your desired consistency
