Ingredients
- 1 Zebra tomato finely chopped
- 1/4 yellow onions peeled and finely chopped
- 1 finely minced cucumber
- 1 fresh green onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove peeled and chopped
- 2 sp olive oil
- 1 juicy green lemon(or 2)
- 1handfull of fresh mints finely chopped
- 1 handful of flat parsley finely chopped
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt

- In a large bol mix together : the wheat semoula, finely chopped cucumber, yellow onions, zebra tomato, fresh green onions, garlic de herbs
- Add the dressing made with, olive oil and lemon and the salt and pepper.
- Mix with delicacy
