Continuing our series around edible flowers seeds we have planted that are growing easily from our window , these are our first borage flowers
Don’t forget that plants like borage are really active with side effects. So they may be used with lots of caution ⚠️. And not everyone should even use them. Ask your doctor first !!!
The leaves and the lovely flowers are used in different ways (side dishes , salads, drinks,herbal infusions )
Traditionally, borage is used for respiratory and digestive problems.
I love to add some inside of my salads with a mix of other edible flowers
