Some raspberries were about to become too ripe . So it was the last chance, to clean them quickly inside of some white vinegar and water mixture, to rince them with water again , and to put them inside of today smoothie.
It was a great surprise. Not too much , not too less … the perfect combination for my taste and I hope for yours too
- 75 g melon
- 5-8 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 125ml milk ( almond, coconut, oat, hemp, rice, cashew)
- Place the melon cut on pieces, the raspberries and 125 ml milk (to make the blending process easier) into a powerful blender. Blend for 1 or 2 minutes until smooth.
