Green areas are important for many reasons: they let us connect with nature, unwind in a park, and sometimes participate in physical activities. Meanwhile, these green areas also provide a welcoming habitat for wildlife.
With more and more droughts, heat waves, and heavy rainfalls happening, it is really important to have more green spaces in our cities while also building important green infrastructures.
While making our cities greener, we aim to create a nice and healthy environment and protect our cities.
“Greenwayofliving is all about urban gardening within our polluted cities. It allows us to connect with nature while also enabling us to grow our own plants, keeping us grounded.”

On my journey to find something that will make me feel happy, as I mentioned before, I have realized that this something cannot be selfish and must have significance and purpose in order to achieve the desired outcome.
It was important for me to embrace a sustainable way of living that manifested itself through three main principles:
- I became engaged in a cause that was meaningful to me, which led me to shift my attention away from myself. Specifically, I got involved with RKBienfaisance charity’s Alama’s Garden program.
- I’m making changes in how I live to become more mindful, which will allow me to positively impact the lives of others.
- making a living by doing something eco-friendly and long-lasting.
Mental health is a big issue in our modern societies. To solve this, it is important that we create and maintain green spaces. This helps us, as balanced individuals, connect with our world, environment, nature, ourselves, and our communities.
