I use my hand blender each time I want some real mousse inside of my smoothie. This is one of our favorite two ingredients smoothie: the watermelon full of water complements the body of the banana that may seem too dense sometimes
Ingredients
- 75 g watermelon
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 125ml milk ( almond, coconut, oat, hemp, rice, cashew)

Recipe
- Place the watermelon and the banana cut on pieces and 125 ml milk into a tall container and use a hand blender moving it to the bottom
- The liquid must totally cover the blades
- Start at low power to avoid pulling it everywhere. Crank it up by notched until your desired consistency .
- You may want to add more milk if you find it too dense
