I choose grapes for they contains lots of Nutrients and Vitamins (C and K. ) in particular. Grapes are supposed to have some Antioxidant effects and help fight diabetes .
I began by replacing the sodas by sparkling water . Something was missing : sugar . Then I handed some fruit syrups . Day after day, I began by putting less sugar inside of my teas, my drinks .
Potatoes, Sweet potatoes and guacamole as healthy snacks for a greenwayofliving . Today I have chosen sweet potatoes because they have lots of health benefits … and potatoes because chips without potatoes are not real chips , aren’t they? 😀😀😜
