Greenwayofliving green kitchen : carrots and apple juice

We must eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day .

The thing is that it’s not that easy to reach the recommended quantity of fruits and vegetables eaten per day .

One way to give our body plenty of vitamins is to drink natural healthy green juices from an extractor that preserves all their benefits

Why carrots?

Carrots roots are rich of Aloha and beta – carotene and also contains vitamin K and B6

Apples for it’s detoxifying properties

The recipe:

3 carrots ( choose the ugliest one ) and 2 apples .

Put them inside of the extractor and let the magic happens with love
