I choose grapes for they contains lots of Nutrients and Vitamins (C and K. ) in particular. Grapes are supposed to have some Antioxidant effects and help fight diabetes .
Potatoes, Sweet potatoes and guacamole as healthy snacks for a greenwayofliving . Today I have chosen sweet potatoes because they have lots of health benefits … and potatoes because chips without potatoes are not real chips , aren’t they? 😀😀😜
Greenway of living is, a path , a mission and moreover a way to share knowledges and practical tools to help stop throw away , plastic bottles , flowers we have enjoyed, leftovers from food … it’s about us using, reusing, recycling instead of throwing away everything as we are used to
