We keep this recipe simple for us to fully enjoy the peppered taste of carrots 🥕 tops
Ingredients
- 1 or two bunches of carrots tops dependinding of the size
- 1/2 celery finely minced
- 1 carrots finely minced
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 branch of Thyme
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
The recipe
- In a large Dutch or in a heavy based pot oven over low heat (45•) saute onions, garlic, carrots and celeriac until the carrots and celeriac are aldente not too cooked but (25-30mn) …
- Add enough water to cover the vegetables
- Add the carrots tops
- Add pepper, salt
- Close and cook for 5mn at medium heat
- Blend the whole
