Our voyage from Calais, France to Dover in Great Britain aboard the Côte d’Opale was not only a delightful adventure but also an environmentally conscious choice. Furthermore, we had the privilege of meeting Peggy Boucher, an extraordinary woman who dared to challenge herself and became the first woman to row across the ocean, serving as the godmother of the Côte d’Opale.

The Côte d’Opale Ferry, stationed at the Calais Harbor, welcomed us with open arms into its spacious embrace.
As we boarded, it became evident that this vessel was designed to accommodate a significant number of trucks, cars, and passengers.
